As KTA’s Account Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide top-notch inspection equipment and calibration services. You will guide the entire customer sales journey at KTA, from identifying potential clients to nurturing lasting relationships with our cherished customers. Your vibrant approach to sales will not only advise clients on our inspection equipment and calibration services but also champion all things KTA!
Your Daily Adventure Includes:
- Creating captivating customer dialogues that position KTA as the 'Go-To' authority for inspection equipment sales, calibration, and repair.
- Offering accurate and immediate responses to customer queries about our extensive product lineup.
- Mastering and articulating the intricate technical details of our cutting-edge equipment, ensuring our customers have access to nothing but the finest products available.
- Providing swift product and service cost quotations upon customer requests.
- Efficiently managing orders, calculating shipping costs, generating invoices, and processing domestic and international customer equipment orders.
- Building new business relationships and nurturing existing customer loyalty through in-person meetings, cold calls, follow-up communications, and engaging emails.
- Actively maintaining customer records, logging calls and emails, and efficiently processing sales orders through NetSuite.
- Proactively initiating cold outreach efforts including phone calls, and emails to identify new sales opportunities and expand KTA’s customer base across target industries.
- Becoming the face of KTA at local, regional, and national trade shows and networking events.

Qualifications That Set You Up for Success:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience in sales and customer relations (preferred but not essential).
- Essential knowledge of general office skills, computers, and basic sales principles.
- A willingness to travel domestically for client visits, trade shows, networking events, and sales meetings as required.
- Physical requirements: Ability to hear, speak, and see close and in color with the ability to adjust focus.
