We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to execute a variety of marketing initiatives that strengthen KTA’s brand, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels. You’ll contribute to advertising, communications, branding, trade show support, lead generation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing KTA’s go-to-market strategies.
  • Implement marketing campaigns that align with immediate and long-term business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and prepare reports to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Maintain and update company websites, ensuring SEO optimization, fresh content, and functional lead forms.
  • Support trade show and event marketing efforts, including pre- and post-show communications.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Provide competitive analysis and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and creative execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with marketing automation tools and/or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning.

This position is based at KTA’s corporate headquarters near Pittsburgh International Airport and offers a hybrid work schedule.
